Alright, well, that didn’t go… anywhere. I had no reason to keep a blog other than to fool around with a new toy, so it fell by the wayside.
I’m going to repurpose this blog as a foodlog - I’m starting to cook for myself more and more, and I’d like to keep a log of the stuff I try. Lately, I’ve been making a lot of pasta, since it’s so versatile and takes less time (busy grad school “life” and all).
Luckily, the title still holds. Cheese is wonderful, and I intend to use it.
