The MSU Dairy Store’s “Jalapeno Pepper Cheese” (basically, pepper jack) is wonderful. I put slices of it between two halves of a just-toasted English muffin, and it was t3h awesome. Go get some!

This is a sort of foodblog... or rather, a foodlog. Wow, that sounds horrible. But I'd just like to keep a log of what I cook, so I can improve my skills and treasure my recipes. It's like a food lab notebook!
