Introduction?
I’ve always thought about blogging, but my blogging history is plagued by abortive attempts. Perhaps shorter entries will ease me into making this an un-knock-able habit.
I first found out about Tumblr via (Agent) Charlie Todd’s page, where he also embeds his Tumblr posts. He’s a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade theatre in NYC, and the creator of Improv Everywhere, the coolest and most bad-ass-awesome thing ever made. Uhh, besides cheese. If you’re silly enough to have found this page, you might as well check it out!
And cheese is wonderful. Mmm…

I am a 1st-year graduate student in physics at Cornell University, after finishing my undergrad years at Michigan State.
This is a sort of foodblog... or rather, a foodlog. Wow, that sounds horrible. But I'd just like to keep a log of what I cook, so I can improve my skills and treasure my recipes. It's like a food lab notebook!
And I do rather enjoy cheese.
